Questions
Can I change plans later?+
You can upgrade with Stripe from Settings → Subscription. Higher plans cannot move down to a lower plan. Enterprise and White Label are sales-assisted.
What happens when the period ends?+
The workspace locks until you renew. You’ll only see the renew wall (and Settings → Subscription) until Stripe payment succeeds — then CRM opens again.
What is White Label?+
White Label is partner-only. Apply at /white-label — Super Admin reviews and provisions your branded domain. It is not available as a self-serve signup or upgrade.
Do you support teams beyond AWS Partners?+
Yes. Arkis is Partner-native, but any B2B team that wants AI outbound + CRM in one place can use it.
Where do I manage billing?+
After signup, open Settings → Subscription. Super Admins can also review platform MRR in the admin console.
